Approved Substrate System (Current Standard)
- Patch / SLU: Ardex Feather Finish; Schonox SL (properly cured; flat; clean; dust-free)
- Concrete (RH-based protocol):
- ≤ 80% RH: Approved over bare concrete when free of dust, flat, and clean.
- > 80% RH: Apply 1 coat Wakol PU280 (sand; ensure flat), then install directly over.
- High moisture / barrier required: Apply 2 coats Wakol PU280 per manufacturer’s instructions to create a 100% RH moisture barrier prior to installing SetaGrip.
- Other patches/primers/sealers: available by written approval (case-by-case)
Note: Concrete sealing requirements may vary by job site conditions; always follow OneFlor installation requirements and Wakol PU280 instructions.
Peel Strength Snapshot (Internal Testing)
Internal peel testing indicates higher bond performance in the current production SetaGrip versus priorbenchmarks under tested conditions.

Substrate Prep: Patch/SLU to be Ardex Feather Finish or Schonox SL (properly cured and prepared). Concrete permitted per RH-based protocol; use Wakol PU280 as required per manufacturer instructions and OneFlor installation requirements.
